Loft extensions 

We can take you from the planning stage, through Council approval to construction and decoration. We comply fully to British standards and include our own ten-year guarantee.

Kitchen extensions

The process here is similar. We have expertise in RSJ insertion as well as essential electrical, drainage and plumbing installation. We are able to source a range of cost-effective materials and fittings such as polished or buffed granite, atmospheric lighting, and attractive wall and floor tiles to further enhance your finished project.


We undertake completely new roof construction, extensive replacements and all repairs using only quality materials including slates, tiles, lead work, guttering and downpipes.


We offer a full range of replacement windows, including Velux, PVC and hard wood frames.

Planning service

We now offer clients a complete design and planning service for the following:

  • Loft conversions and loft rooms 
  • Side and rear extensions 
  • Second floor extensions 
  • Conservatories 
  • Flat conversions 

Our planning service includes a free consultation visit to discuss your requirements. Our fees include computerised plans prepared for your approval; electrical compliance certification; local authority certification of planning approval; and final certification of completion from building control. 

The plans and structural calculations will be prepared by our experienced surveyor who will submit these to your local authority. A copy of the plans will be given to you prior to the application being made, so any alterations you want can be incorporated in the design. If planning permission is needed for your conversion we will undertake this and liaise with the planning department in obtaining all necessary permissions.
